i love it..

One of the fewest thing that could help me distress myself or when I'm sad or in moody.

1. the LOVE!!!

I enjoyed them so much that i could finish them in one go. I enjoyed so much. Vitamin C,Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Copper, Manganese, Dietary fiber, Iodine, Potassium, and Folate.

They even helped fighting disease, contains anti-aging properties and plus point helps remove tartar.

STRAWBERRY!!
Just love it. The shape, the color, the texture and the juice that overflows in my mouth. Ahh~~ if its given by someone you love its more sweeter.. if its di suap makan lagilah...

start licking the strawberry now!!

2. WHAT A GREAT TASTE!!

I can find it any where to satisfy my need. Big or small. Long or short. With huts or without one. Comes with flavours too.. and its being lined up for me to choose. Ain't that great? Got choices. Don't like can reject and never come back.

Chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables. These benefits are from flavonoids which act as antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from aging caused by free radiscals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in strawberries). Flavonoids also help relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body.

Damn!! If there's a choco ad like that, i rush to buy it.

Now that's the reason why i don't look like my age. I look young. One of my babe told me"People like you going to look young forever" LOL!!

CHOCOLATE!!! A reason to scream for!! Sweet and its hard. Melts in my mouth.

3. White..

Every day or even if i miss at the day, at night i will have a cup of milk.

Milks are good. GOOD!! help build and maintain bone mass throughout the lifecycle. This may reduce the risk of osteoporosis. If mixed with banana, they helped us to relax and sleeps well during the night. They also contains;

Vitamin D functions in the body to maintain proper levels of calcium and phosphorous, thereby helping to build and maintain bones. Milk that is fortified with vitamin D is a good source of this nutrient. Other sources include vitamin D-fortified yogurt and vitamin D-fortified ready-to-eat breakfast cereals.

Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Milk products, especially yogurt and fluid milk, provide potassium.

Calcium is used for building bones and teeth and in maintaining bone mass. Milk products are the primary source of calcium in American diets. Diets that provide 3 cups or the equivalent of milk products per day can improve bone mass.

Had a great soft skin and hair yet milk also helps people who want to slim down too.

ANXIETY IS LIVING HELL!!!

In this era of modern days, people tend to work themselves off without realizing that they need time off for a moment to stop and look at the world. I did. I looked at and realized that i have never looked at the world out there never as before. Things that i didn't stop by too look in the walkway because of rush hour, assignments, schedules etc looked beautiful. From the environment, people, architecture etc looked stunning and meaningful.

We all should need some quite time and some peace alone. I felt so much better. Practicing silence help a lot in terms of mind, body and soul. Never neglect that. If you do, putting a lot of pressure, sense of achievement, honors and etc would lead to social health problems.

Increasing cases of anxiety now happens here. Paper nowadays are also increasingly focusing on anxiety disorder which we Malaysian tends to say "Xiao, i'm not a mental problem." This time around, i would like to educate my readers about this problem.

Anxiety has a lot of forms but i would like to pay to this particular attention to this type of disorder because it is for someone that i knew are having this disorder.

hypochondriasis

The primary feature of hypochondriasis is excessive fear of having a serious disease. These fears are not relieved when a medical examination finds no evidence of disease. People with hypochondriasis are often able to acknowledge that their fears are unrealistic, but this intellectual realization is not enough to reduce their anxiety. In order to qualify for a diagnosis of hypochondriasis, preoccupation with fear of disease must cause a great deal of distress or interfere with a person's ability to perform important activities, such as work, school activities, or family and social responsibilities. Hypochondriasis is included in the category of somatoform disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ( DSM-IV-TR ), which is the reference handbook that clinicians use to guide the diagnosis of mental disorders.

The fears of a person with hypochondriasis may be focused on the possibility of a single illness, but more often they include a number of possible conditions. The focus of the fears may shift over time as a person notices a new symptom or learns about an unfamiliar disease. The fears appear to develop in response to minor physical abnormalities, like fatigue, aching muscles, a mild cough or a small sore. People with hypochondriasis may also interpret normal sensations as signs of disease. For instance, an occasional change in heart rate or a feeling of dizziness upon standing up will lead a person with hypochondriasis to fears of heart disease or stroke. Sometimes hypochondriacal fears develop after the death of a friend or family member, or in response to reading an article or seeing a television program about a disease. Fear of illness can also increase in response to stress. Individuals with hypochondriasis visit physicians frequently; and when told there is nothing physically wrong, they are likely to seek a second opinion since their fears are not soothed. Their apparent distrust of their physicians' opinions can cause tensions in doctor-patient relationships, leading to the patient's further dissatisfaction with health care providers. Physicians who regularly see a patient with hypochondriasis may become skeptical about any reported symptom, increasing the danger that a real illness may be overlooked. People with hypochondriasis also run the risk of undergoing unnecessary medical tests or receiving unneeded medications. Although they are usually not physically disabled, they may take frequent sick days from work, or annoy friends and family with constant conversation or complaints about illness, reducing their ability to function effectively in some aspects of life.

In order to receive a DSM-IV-TR diagnosis of hypochondriasis, a person must meet all six of the following criteria:( means criteria to fulfill it)
  • The person must be preoccupied with the notion or fear of having a serious disease. This preoccupation is based on misinterpretation of physical symptoms or sensations.
  • Appropriate medical evaluation and reassurance that there is no illness present do not eliminate the preoccupation.
  • The belief or fear of illness must not be of delusional intensity. Delusional health fears are more likely to be bizarre in nature— for instance, the belief that one's skin emits a foul odor or that food is rotting in one's intestines. The preoccupations must not be limited to a concern about appearance; excessive concerns that focus solely on defects in appearance would receive a diagnosis of body dysmorphic disorder.
  • The preoccupation must have lasted for at least six months.
  • The person's preoccupation with illness must not simply be part of the presentation of another disorder, including generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, separation anxiety, major depressive episode, or another somatoform disorder.
  • elaboration from last point: it means that, it is difficult for the patient's doctor to determine whether the anxiety preceded the physical condition or followed it; sometimes people develop generalized anxiety disorder after being diagnosed with a chronic organic health problem. In other instances, the wear and tear on the body caused by persistent and recurrent worrying leads to physical diseases and disorders. There is an overall "vicious circle" quality to the relationship between GAD and other disorders, whether mental or organic.
So to my readers, slow down for a minute in life.

STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES

THROW YOUR TANTRUM INTO THE BAG

Just a random thingy that i want to post to educate my readers on how to tame your temper.
The reason why i posted this up because i realized people around me nowadays have a problem in controlling their anger.

As you all know, poorly managed anger can damage your health, work and your relationships. Here's how to get young anger under control.

Exercise Physical exertion can help for brief, short-term anger.

Write a letter Explain your anger in words- you don't have to send it.
Cool off "In an acute angry stage, it's a good idea not to confront the person straightaway," says Edelman.

Don't throw a tantrum "It's a popular myth that venting anger is always the best strategy'" says Edelman. "Venting can cause more problem than its solves. It can impair good relationships and it's not good role-modelling for kids"

Communicate Slow down and think about what you want to say. Explain that yoou feel angry about something rather than acing aggressively. Listen carefully to the other person before you respond.

Use humour If you think of the co-worker as a dirt bag, visualize them as a dirt bag going about their day.

Seek alternatives If the daily commute provokes uncontrollable road rage, consider different tranport forms or a job closer to home.

Pros and cons Ask yourself " Is the anger achieving anything, or is it just hurting me?" Edelman warns,"Some people are reluctant to let go anger because they see that as a victory to the other person."

Problem-solve Ask yourself, "Is there anything i can do about this problem?" If not more move on.

Acceptance Recognise that some things in life just aren't fair. "Sometimes we have to accept that injustice is a part of life"

First of all, don't tolerate abuse. If someone is angry but not hostile, validating their perspective can help diffuse the situation.
Anyway saying "sorry" can work wonders if you have done something to provoke anger.
So to my readers, tame your anger please because i will not tolerate this kind of treatment any longer. I do not deserve such treatment and i believe you all to.
That's all peace yo~~~~ d(^0^d)

The beauty of nature.

When people sees me the first time they will say this top three sentences..

1. Waaa... so fair for a guy
First of all, my skin is very fair no doubt. Don't ask me how i get the fair skin. Thanks to my mum. The problem is i can never get dark. Undergo National Service program(NS) for 3 months, burning under the scotching sun everyday having no changes in skin tone.
Back in school people called me snow white or various name of skin products that you can find in the market now..

2. Your skin so soft..
Skin soft? No idea.. thanks to mum again. I guess i receive the most traits from my mum compared to my other brothers. Guess I'm lucky huh? or is just a bad luck?

3. Why no acne/pimple?
I do have. Use magnifying glass next time to see me.

Well maybe all of it shows because i took care of my health. I eat everything.. Not all lar.

We live everyday exposed ourselves to harmful bacterias and germs, toxin's, chemicals, UV and etc from sun, air, especially what our body consumed. The logic of me thinking is this way. These harmful stuff that we consumed in our body must be get rid off. How?

Well the secret is simple.

MYTH: People always say good facial products give good skin results. The more expensive the better.
BUSTER: Well no doubt it will help you, but it is still harmful as the chemicals(if not organic product) fasten up or even forces your body function to move. Its not according to your body at will. It only help from outside but not inside.

So how?

1.Drinks a lot of water. 8 glasses of water is not enough. I drink more than 3 bottles of 1.5 litres of water everyday. Water is the best natural resources to help you to flush out the harmful waste in the body that you eat or consumed. People can leave without eating for more than a week but not with water.

2. You don't have to spend so much money on products. Go natural. Honey. Honey has some surprising health benefits. They are good yet don't over consumed it as it is sweeter than sugar with 1110kilojoules per tablespoons as opposed to sugar's 815. Don't say i don't warned you. Kilojoules apart, honey goods for acne, age spots, allergies, colds and flu, coughs, cuts and grazes, insomnia and sore throat. ACNE? AGE SPOTS? yup... it also promotes regularity(constipation)

3.To help more, ginger will do. Eat at least a small slice of ginger everyday. What will it do for you? Well it helps problems like wind and flatulence, nausea, cold and flu, cough, indigestion, irritable bowel indigestion and more. Well this problems occurs because of waste in our body are not out causing us to be sick, acne and lots more. So when the moment you cannot pang sai.. bad news... want pretty face? do something..

4. I will avoid most of the fast foods. I don't eat them frequently. In fact i rarely eat them. Snacks too. In short means.. eat what is good for you and not what you want. Remember you eat to live and not live to eat.

5. Before going out, i always spend about 15 minutes for my face.
Apply cream/moisturizing cream/hydrating care product to your face according what suits your skin condition. Keep your skin clean too but not too clean. Before you apply and after you came back home. Always keep a small emergency bag with you no matter where you go. I always do. Small free care products helps a lot. So go get the F.O.C products... hahaha

6. Sleep early. Get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday. There is when your body is doing the cleaning process. Drink water before you sleep.

7. Get sweat. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Participate 2 big exercise/sports events at least like marathon to train your body.

Well i guess that's all.. The most important thing is go NATURAL and eat healthy. K'?
